We have always been known for professional window cleaning, but what many customers don't know is that we offer a lot more than that. Our services also include cleaning fascias, soffits, gutters and conservatory roofs as well as soft and pressure washing. This, in part, is why we have chosen to rebrand; our name needs to reflect what we offer and who we are as a company.
Over the years we've worked hard to become the best that we can be whilst providing Peterborough, and beyond, with a superior cleaning service. Our team has spent a lot of time taking part in additional courses including industry recognised training for soft washing and BCCA certification, as well as many Continued Professional Development courses including Manual Handling, COSHH Awareness, Working at Heights, First Aid at work and Fire Safety. This enables you to trust that every job will be done correctly, professionally and to a high standard. We will be continuing to advance our knowledge in all areas in order to provide you with everything you would require from a professional, exterior cleaning company.
The rebrand also considers our company values and ethos. The customer really is at the heart of what we do and right from the beginning, our goal has always been to put the customer first. We operate every job with honesty and integrity. It is important to us that we ensure everyone receives a high-quality standard of cleaning and a level of care that is transparent, communicative and goes beyond us being 'just another cleaning company'. Cleaning is what we do, but at the core of it all, we want to be the ones to provide our customers with a friendly face, peace of mind with a job well done and helping ensure that a clean home is possible for everyone. We are proud to put our stamp on every job we do so that our customers have one less thing to worry about.
On a more personal level, we also want our business to thrive so that we can support our local community here in Peterborough. We want to grow and develop so that we can use our business as a platform to nurture genuine community spirit, whether that means keeping shared spaces clean and useable or supporting causes and charities close to home and close to our hearts. If we can use our skills and equipment to make Peterborough a nicer place to live for everyone, then we will do just that, because giving back is at the core of what matters to us the most.
We are so proud of what we started from, but now it is time to wave goodbye to Ace Window Cleaning, and welcome in the shiny, new Ace Cleaning Solutions! We have lots more to come and will be updating everything from van signage to the website as time goes on. For now, we just want you to know that we will still be working hard and providing you with the same quality cleaning and customer service that we are known for.
